Breathwork Online Event #1

Tonight, under the maluka and the pouring rain, we gathered for a powerful breathwork event with Sarah’s Embrace—on Rosh Chodesh Elul, the month when Hashem is in the garden, waiting for us to return and surrender everything to Him. ✨🌸

With so much grace, @hanna_mellul guided our single moms through a deep breathwork journey—helping each woman reconnect with herself, uncover her inner strength, and step into her own healing.

In our sacred circle, intentions were spoken, stories were shared, and hearts were held. Together, we created a safe space where every woman could be seen, supported, and embraced. 💕

And as always, we closed the evening with nourishing food, laughter, and connection—welcoming new moms into the community and cherishing the bonds we continue to build.

✨ May this Elul be a month of healing, return, and renewal for us all. ✨
