We are so grateful for the way Sarah’s embrace has blossomed into a sisterhood that now stretches far beyond South Florida 🌍 Jewish moms from other states and countries joined us virtually for this special gathering.

Thanks to the gift of Zoom, we were able to share in a powerful breathwork session led by our certified facilitator, @hanna_mellul 💨💙.

It was beautiful to witness moms showing up for themselves, honoring their healing journey, and giving themselves permission to release and let go. ✨
