A profound evening of healing, release, and transformation as our incredible single mothers journeyed through the power of somatic breathwork.
In the sacred space we created together, emotions flowed, hearts opened, and deep healing took place. Witnessing these women reconnect with their strength, release what no longer serves them, and step into their power was nothing short of breathtaking.
Grateful for this journey, for the facilitators who held space with so much love, and for the courage of every woman who showed up for herself. The ripple effect of this night will be felt for a lifetime.
